'The Space Shuttle program was the fourth human spaceflight program carried out by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), which accomplished routine transportation for Earth-to-orbit crew and cargo from 1981 to 2011. Its official name, Space Transportation System (STS), was taken from a 1969 plan for a system of reusable spacecraft of which it was the only item funded for development.

In the course of 135 missions flown, two orbiters (Columbia and Challenger) suffered catastrophic accidents, with the loss of all crew members, totaling 14 astronauts.' — Wikipedia

All songs improvised by bS using turntable, sampler, Kaoss Pad, Juno 106, ebow. This album is a tribute to the women & men that worked on these 6 aircraft, and in tribute to the 14 astronauts lost in the Challenger and Columbia accidents. Additionally this album was inspired by Brian Eno's 'Music for Airports'. Originally composed as lobby music for Digitas NYC, 2002.
